ProEye 100 LED-strobing Analyzer Dual Channel

LED-Strobing analyzer for two of ten different measurements. Pro-Eye 100 can simultaneously measure two independent process variables such as Consistency and Freeness.  The Remote Display Unit (RDU) allows the user to select from following parameters:

  • Ash Content
  • HW/SW Ratio
  • Shives
  • Viscosity
  • Kappa
  • Brightness
  • Retention

Pro-Eye 100 uses a proprietary measuring technique to determine the properties of a pulp by calculating a matrix of strobed LED responses from the furnish.   Optical measurement is engineered for minimal maintenance; typically, routine inspections confined to scheduled outages.  LED-strobing technology is resistant to process fluctuation, and unaffected by process variability.

Remote accesss to RDU software for calibration, re-calibration and trouble shooting is enabled with a cellular hotspot and WW SIM card installed in the RDU.  System software contains advanced mathematical library to evaluate the samples and calculate correlation, regression, and simulation modeling needed for application control.  Enabling a process historian link adds historical loop information to the calibration calculation expanding its knowledge base.
